Zero the Hero is going to be a special friend for the Kindergartners this year! Zero the Hero will visit every 10th day because he loves numbers that end in zero. He always reads a special counting story and brings a zero-shaped snack for the class. Zero the Hero really helps the children focus on numbers that end in zero and to count by tens.
We enlist the help of some of the dads to dress in our special Zero the Hero costume, zoom into the classroom, and encourage a love for counting! You DO NOT need to be a professional (or even amateur) actor to fill this role!
Below are the tentative dates for Zero the Hero visits. (They are subject to change due to snow days.)
